Every Hair and Feather

This musical work is based on the book The Great Divorce by C.S. Lewis. It was written by Eric Distad during a 3 week period in February 2009 during the February Album Writing Month challenge.

In the book, Lost souls take a trip to the doorstep of Heaven and are offered another chance at redemption. What is presented is a series of encounters that confront many deep theological and moral questions.

The EP attempts to capture a very small selection of these encounters and present them in musical form. If you find any of the themes you encounter in the music interesting, we would encourage you to pick up a copy of The Great Divorce and read it for yourself.
